I've gone there for years with my grandson and we live the service we get. We go to Andrew but honestly all the barbers are amazing!

Just started growing out my chinstrap goatee start of the year. I was afraid of getting it evened up and losing months of growth and length. Kendra evened it and cleaned up up with little length loss. Highly recommended especially if you're afraid of getting your beard too short

Andrew and Kendra are great. Its a very hospitable shop and the barbers are excellent. Yesterday someone drove from a hour away to get their haircut! Great barbers!

Great atmosphere. Best part is you get to have a beer or water while getting your hair cut. Staff are really nice and outgoing .

I am thankful that Kendra was there for me during my most important time of my life during October. Before Kendra, I was seeing a hair stylist for 14 years. On the month of my wedding, my hair stylist went for a foot surgery, and she couldn't style my hair. Not only I didn't have a hair stylist for my wedding, I was called for an interview, and my interview was for a promotion at a high level management position. I met with Kendra, and she ensured that I felt comfortable. She mentioned her resume before cutting my hair because she knew I was in a vulnerable position. After hearing her assurance, I let her cut my hair and trim my beard. From my observation, the beard and my sides had a great fade. In addition, she cut my hair based on my natural hair type. My hair type is curly / wavy. My wife liked it more than my previous hair stylist, and she commented on how clean my hair and beard looked. Also, my coworkers complimented my hair and beard, and mentioned it looked professional. My best man told me I looked like a model while playing golf during my bachelor party. Not only she has the skills to make this happen, she also has the personal skills. She has a good sense of humor and easy to converse with. If you are tensed or stressed, she will make sure you enjoy the moment. I have interacted with many individuals from my personal and professional experience, and I determined that she has the talent and understands how to make a client feel safe. There are not that many individuals with this combination. The barbershop is a positive atmosphere, and sometimes everyone are chatting and laughing. I highly recommend this place.

My husband was very pleased with the service, and I had a great time watching him getting his hair cut & chatting with his barber, while reading a book and sipping on my drink.

The shop is kind of hidden, and the sign only says Barber on top of the building. Inside is very clean and has a very sophisticated dapper kind of look, French music playing on the radio.

The barbers take their time with their client, many of whom they have gotten to know over year & are regulars.

They do men's hair cuts & even beards!

Our son has hated haircuts for as long as he's been getting them and we've done our fair share of barber hopping to find the right fit, from those cheesy kid places, to the chain haircut places to barbers all over town and even went the at-home mom haircut route, but for some reason he has hated every single one until we came here. He's into the spinning barber pole they have inside so maybe that's the trick or maybe the vibe of the place just makes him more calm. Who knows. Either way, no matter which barber is available when we walk in, we've had a great experience. It doesn't hurt that it's walking distance from our house

I moved out of state two years ago, and I still have not found a barber as good as Andrew. My wife even notices the difference when our kids get their haircut here from the other great barbers. Whenever we are in town we take time from our short visits to get our haircut from the Barber Lounge, that's how good this place is!

I highly recommend the barber lounge. I could not be happier with my haircuts. I have been a customer of Andrews for years and every haircut has been great. I picked Andrew to give my great grandson his first haircut, it went great. He kept my little guy happy all the way through. He is the first barber I have ever had that cuts my hair the way I want it consistently every time

Great Cuts

We have struggled to find a barber who can cut my sons hair and I'm pleased to share we've finally found that person in Kendra. As a mom, I really enjoy the vibe of this place while I wait. It is welcoming and the team is friendly.

I recently went in for the first time to the barber lounge in Folsom. My barber was Nikki, who did an awesome job on my hair. One of the best haircuts I've ever had. Everyone there was friendly and easy to talk to. Also free water and beer with cut. I'll be sure to come back.

Always a great cut

Not from nz but wanted a haircut abroad and found barber lounge in Christchurch. Lucas cut my hair and it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had in my life. He took extra care, and even went to the trouble of shaping my beard. Such a humble man who loves what he does. Would recommend anyone wanted a haircut to go visit the barber lounge. Will come back when in town

Casandra is very nice and is a hair professional. I struggle to find a barber or stylist that can satisfy me with a haircut but she has come through several times and even gave my son his first professional haircut and he loved it! I’ve paid more for haircuts in the past and been satisfied way less. 5 stars would highly recommend.

I've been going to the Folsom Barber lounge for about three years but the owner Andrew has been cutting my hair for nearly 30 years, you'll not find a more friendly atmosphere or more competent barbers anywhere. The complimentary wine and beer is a plus but go for the happy cut you'll not be disappointed.

This is the third time I have used The Barber Lounge, different barbers each time. Lucas and the team are professional, open and inviting. They engage with their customers really well. The result is second to none. I have experienced Barber shops across the world and this is one of my top three. This is going to be the shop I use from now on.

It's hard finding a good barber/barbershop out here. I've been to a few shops prior to coming here and it just didn't work out like a couple of bad dates. Then, I found this spot... These guys/ladies here are pros, they bless me every time, cut my hair the way I want it. I recommend x 1000000.

What a great find. We recently moved from Bay Area and have 3 boys. Super excited we found our new local Barber. All my boys haircuts were perfect, amd as requested. Beyond friendly, conveniently located, TV's all around, complimentary Beer, wine, water and soda and Treats for kids! We will most definitely be returning often.

Decided to go to a real barbershop to get a quality cut after going to Supercuts for the last several years. I needed an update in hairstyle because it was stuck in the late 1990's...picture Matt Damon from "Good Will Hunting".

The barber Dannie cut my hair. I communicated with her my dilemma. She offered to "do her thing" to my hair. I agreed because that is what Jason Bourne would have done. She gave me a modern cut that looks good. My wife loves my new hair.

With the good there is the bad. I realized they serve beer at the Barber Lounge. I was not offered a beer. NOT COOL!!!! I am still hurt about it and more importantly still thirsty.

Besides that. It was a good experience and prices were good. I recommend the Barber Lounge.

Make a reservation. Show up 30 minutes early. Have a beer or glass of wine. Then receive a great haircut for an excellent price.

Took my boys to see Cassie for the first time. My 4 year old has very blonde, thin, straight hair. Everyone we have gone too has always made it look choppy when short. Cassie listened and was so sweet and patient with my guy. His hair was cut better than it ever was. My 14 year has longer hair and was a bit concerned about a barber shop, but he couldn't be happier. She was able to keep the length and add shape and volume. We will definitely be back to see her.

Decided to stop by Folsom Barber Lounge after trying a few other shops in town and I'm glad I did!! Loved the vibe from the moment I walked in and was offered a beer or water before I sat down for a great haircut from Dannie. I'm glad I trusted her recommendations on my haircut because it turned out awesome! Will definitely drive back up here from Sacramento from now on!!

I've now had my haircut and beard trim done 3 times by Kendra. Each time she has done a fantastic job and held a great convo. She not only listened to what I wanted but also executed such perfectly and quickly. I highly recommend this barbershop for their customer service and client relationship skills. We switched from Lucky Barber shop about a year ago and couldn't be happier. Online booking makes it very easy to schedule my boys. Both Kendra and Mark have been phenomenal at cutting my boys hair that has multiple cowlicks and is difficult to work with. Mark spent A great deal of time with my son today teaching him how to use a certain hair product to manage his hair and get it to look really great. All the barbers spend a great deal of time with each client. The shop is very clean, quiet, and professional.

We have been coming back here for almost 3 years now, & we have the pleasure of cutting cut by William! He's so sweet & personable, remembers what my husband likes (not just his hair), as well as our son that comes along everytime.
The rest of the staff always does their best in between clients to ensure those who are waiting are being taken care of greatly.
We love The Barber Lounge & are so happy to have found it nestled into Folsom. 🙂

Went here for the first time a few weeks back. Overall, a pretty good haircut. The girl who cut my hair seemed a little new, but one of the guys came over and fixed up my hard part and cleaned up the fade a little bit. Still a great haircut at the end of the day. Laid back environment, they have beer, and you can book appointments. I'm sold. I already have an appointment set up with Andrew and am looking forward to going back.

It was my first time here and had a great experience. I made an appointment for a haircut with Dannie and I was welcomed by the whole staff when I walked in. Dannie was a great listener and knew exactly what I wanted. I was really happy with my haircut! Great atmosphere as well, will come back again.

Clean and tidy place. Kendra gave a great haircut as per my requirements. Sharp, uniform and symmetrical lines, excellent fading. I got a high and a right cut as my hair is thin.

Can enjoy a complementary beer, soda in case you need to wait. Have to book in advance to get in here. But it is worth it. Received lot of compliments for my makeover cut from friends and colleagues!!

Yes, yes, yes, a thousand times yes! Maybe I'm woefully behind the times however this is the first I've heard of a barber shop that has beer on tap. Yes you heard me correctly. You can get your whiskers clipped while you imbibe the finest of alcoholic libations. Please allow this trend to spread oh great and benevolent universe. This Is My One True desire that rather than staring at books full of stale haircuts and having mindless conversation with a complete stranger, I will instead be afforded the opportunity to enjoy a frosty beverage of the intoxicating variety. I regretfully admit it makes me sad that I do not myself, possess a head of hair which would require frequent visits to this fine establishment. Luckily my son being a young man of sound Constitution is still growing an adequate amount of hair. He is also in possession of his driver's permit so he doubles as my designated driver. In the words of the esteemable American Hero ( Colonel John "Hannibal" Smith) "I love it when a plan comes together".

I just got home from my beard trim & lemme tell ya, it looks immaculate. 1.) Booking was easy, reminder text had link to cool lil profile for your appt. 2.) Great conversation and atmosphere. Will, Andrew & Dani were so personable and fun, immediate connection. 3.) Got a great snifter of amber ale that paired perfectly with the weather outside. 4.) The inside of the shop was high end & spacious, yet comfy & inviting. TV's are the perfect size, angle & distance from all seating with little tables to hold your beer, phone, etc. 5.) I left my appt so happy that the traffic home didn't even phase me. I just found my one and only barber shop 😀
